Vinkara Narince

For those who have seen a Turk but never drank one, this is a nice introduction. Made from the Narince grape, one of the most planted white grapes in the country. Is eaten more than drunk. This comes from the Kalecik region, just east of Ankara.

You can recognize yellow plums in the modest nose. It is soft and ripe. With white fruit and almond on the palate. Preferably combine with vegetable dishes than with fish.
