Heinz Weixelbaum only makes this wine from his very best Sauvignon grapes and only in the best vintages. In small quantities. That's why he combined his 2016, 2018 and 2019 vintages. A total of 1594 bottles. These are spontaneously fermented, not filtered and have matured for years in oak foeders (large barrels).
