Well, then you must be doing something right, right? This happened to winemaker Mario Geisse, who has dedicated himself entirely to making sparkling wines in the south of Brazil.

Mario Geisse's white Amadeu is made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Aged for twelve months. Green apple and lemon, with some riper fruit as well as peach and apricot. Dry but smooth. Can easily rival a good Cava.
