Wine and tapas van vis pairings

Fish tapas, that can of course be anything. The keywords we take into account here are: fish, spiciness, fried, lemon. And then you quickly end up with a fresh, non-wood-matured white wine with preferably some mild spiciness.

"If it grows together, it goes together." is also a good guideline. Because this type of white wine can be found in abundance in Spain and Portugal. Don't bother looking further than the Iberian Peninsula. There's no need for that.
