With minced meat it is best to serve a medium full red wine. If you have seasoned the minced meat spicy and are serving it with chips or fried potatoes, for example, choose a somewhat heavier wine.
In general, Merlot or Cabernet Sauvignon wines go well with minced meat. But there are many more red wines that meet the flavor profile. More than enough room to experiment, which can result in surprising combinations.

Our red entry-level Georgian. Licorous and spicy with red and black fruit of berries and cherries. Modern surprise from the Caucasus.
2021 | Bulgaria | Thracië
Surprisingly fine red Bulgarian from the only world-famous Melnik grape there. Not complicated, but well made and a lot of drinking pleasure.
2024 | Israel | Negev Woestijn
Remarkably good Pinot Noir in this price category. From the arid Negev Desert, of all places. Riper than Burgundy, fuller than Spätburgunder.
