With a dish with baked or grilled turkey fillet, you can choose either a fairly light red wine or a fuller, soft white wine.
In general, the soft wines of the Pinot Noir are a good red combination with turkey fillet. But you can also choose a lesser-known wine from, for example, the Vernatsch grape from the Italian Alto Adige. Even more exotic - and preferably when the turkey fillet is grilled - is a red Poulsard from the French Jura.
If you go for white, choose a Chardonnay (soft, round and full) or an alternative with similar characteristics, such as a Viognier.
