Zagreus is an extremely modern winery from Bulgaria that farms strictly organically. They make modern, good red wines from both indigenous and international grapes. The 120 hectares of vineyards are managed by the winery itself. Winemaking is led by three Bulgarian women who have no intention of compromising on the quality of their wines.
