In the nineteenth century, Vin de Paille was made in several parts of France. Nowadays you can only find this exclusive dessert wine in the Jura. Vin de Paille is made from grapes that have dried on straw mats. For a liter of juice you need five kilos of grapes. This does not make the wine cheaper, but it does make it very special and complex.| Color: | White | Taste profile: | Sweet | Country: | France |
