Karasakiz
Why did the winemaker call this wine '6N'? We really have no idea. We do know that it is made from Karasakiz. A grape that, according to the winemaker, originates near the Greek city of Troy. This wine was made without any involvement of oak.
Turkish wine from the Karasakiz grape that reminds us of a Pinot Noir. Pale in colour, spices on the nose. Berries, raspberry, strawberry and a touch of hazelnut. Dried figs, the winemaker also claims; we can go along with that. As well as with his advice to serve it lightly chilled.
