The Cabernet Franc from Et Cetera is deep red and fairly powerful. You taste blackberries, cherries and hazelnuts. It lacks the 'green' character the grape is known for; instead, this Cabernet Franc offers plenty of ripeness and soft tannins. Its fresh acidity and moderate alcohol make it very easy to drink.
