'If it grows together, it goes together', and so we advise you to choose a Spanish wine with the Paella. Fresh, young red with a meaty paella, fresh white with a fishy one.
For a paella with lots of meat and chorizo, you can choose a young Rioja Joven or a fine Mencía from Galicia. For a paella with fish, we recommend a nice Albariño or Treixadura (also from Galicia), a sturdy Verdejo or an Albarin Blanco.
