Spicy red from Tunisia. From vineyards near Carthage. That city no longer exists. Still the vineyards. Domaine Neferis presses this red one from Carignan.

Beautiful premium wine from the Saperavi grape. Deep dark red. You taste thick ripe blackberries and blackcurrants. Farmly, rough, sturdy and warm.

2019 | Tunisia | Cap Bon

Syrah from Tunisia. Quite light despite the warm climate. And not too alcoholic. A bit of rustic Syrah. Licorice, berry with cherries and a lick of tannin in the aftertaste.

Georgian orange wine. Made in a Qvevri. Favorite of the top restaurants in New York. Tastes completely different from what we are used to.

2021 | Lebanon | Bekaa Vallei

Carignan from the Bekaa Valley. From more than sixty year old bush vines, 1200 meters above sea level. Spicy, with amarene cherries, cranberries and blackcurrants.

2020 | Georgia | Kachetië

Strong Georgian orange wine. Tea, wax and visalis, fresh orange acids and mild nut bitters.

2022 | France | Ardèche

Biodynamic red natural wine from the Ardèche. Smooth and soft. Blackberry jam and rosemary. And above all, a nice balance between fresh fruit and concentrated juice.

2019 | Greece | Kreta

Spicy red wine from the Madelaria grape. From the Plakoura vineyard on Crete. Fresh fruit of blackberries and blackcurrants.

2022 | Greece | Macedonië

Greek powerhouse. Laurel licorice and forest fruits from a deep, dark forest. Black pepper and spiciness of freshly cut flat-leaf parsley.

France | Bordeaux

Sparkling rosé. Biodynamically made in Bordeaux. We haven't seen a second one of those yet. Jean is the name. Generous, soft and ripe fruit of strawberry, wild peach and cherry.

2022 | Bosnia and Herzegovina | Mostar

Excellent wine from the obscure Trnjak grape. Grows sparingly in the Balkans. A striking amount of spices, incense and laurel. Smooth juice of plums and ripe red berries.

2024 | Cyprus | Troodosgebergte

Cypriot powerhouse. Cherry bonbons, plums, licorice and a lick of tannin to finish. Food wine that yearns for fatty lamb.

2019 | Armenia | Vayots Dzor

Characteristic Areni Noir from Armenia. Floral, with fresh berries, young cherries and raspberries. Peppery spiciness and an edge of tannin.

2021 | Serbia

Vinarija Aleksandrović shows with this wine what the Prokupac grape is capable of. Spicy and floral. Blackberries, blueberries, plums, sal ammoniac and chocolate.

2017 | South Africa | Breedekloof

South African red from Cinsault grapes. Has its own character. Light red and fresh. Exuberant Christmas fruit, spice and tannin in the aftertaste.

2022 | Portugal | Bairrada

Portuguese top wine from the Beiras. Dark red, warm black fruit. Sultry and powerful. With some spiciness, licorice and nicely softened tannin.

2021 | Austria | Kamptal

Mouth-filling Roter Veltliner. Overwhelming fruit of mango, peach and baked pineapple. Almond and cashews. Slightly buttery and with enormous length.

2020 | Slovenia | Vipavska Dolina

Impressive Slovenian from partly dried grapes. Amarone alternative. Intense nose of ripe, almost overripe blackberries and cherries. Rich and complex.
